What we collect

• When you contact me: your name, email, phone number if you add it, the topic and your message.
• When you download a resource from the library: your name, email and the name of the resource.
• Usage data in aggregate: pages visited, country, device and browser type, and the site that referred you.

How we use it

• To reply to your message.
• To know who is interested in each resource, and to contact you once about that resource or related services.
• To improve the content of the site.
• We do not send a newsletter, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Who processes data for us

Web3Forms (receives form submissions and forwards them by email), Google (Gmail for receiving messages, and Google Analytics only after your consent), Umami (cookieless visit statistics, hosted in the European Union), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Calendly (when you book a call). Some of this data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies only after you accept in the cookie banner. You can decline and the site works the same. Umami does not use cookies. The site stores your cookie choice in your browser, and whether you have already downloaded a resource.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data while there is a reason to stay in touch or a working relationship, and delete it when you ask.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected].

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
